COVID 19 -GUIDELINES

  • Masks: We are pleased to invite fully vaccinated guests in without masks. If you prefer to continue wearing one we respect your decision & our staff will happily work around them as we have for the past year.  At this time we ask that non-vaccinated individuals wear a mask inside at all times.
  • When you arrive at the salon, please read the signage & enter if you can respond “No” to the following: have you or anyone in your household tested positive/been diagnosed with Covid-19 /been exposed to anyone who has in the past 2 weeks? have you or anyone in your household recently experienced Covid like symptoms? are you or anyone in your household awaiting Covid-19 test results? Anyone with positive responses to one or more questions will be asked to reschedule for a date at least 2 weeks out. 
  • We will continue to come to you at the chair for checkout to avoid you cueing up in line.
  • We will maintain our rigorous sanitizing practices of seats & high traffic areas.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it creates large blocks of time that impact our stylists and other guests. We understand that things happen; however, we try to respect our stylists’ time as much as we respect yours. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. While we do not require a card on file to book appointments, we will require a deposit if an individual frequently no-shows or cancels day of. The deposit amount will vary depending on the service being booked.

RUNNING LATE

We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late (according to our clock) the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late.  No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)

HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.

PRODUCT RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days from purchase for an alternate product.

*Exceptions to this are hairbrushes & Brazilian Blowout products purchased as a bundle with Brazilian Blowout service.

 ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON

NC State Board of Cosmetology only permits approved service animals inside salons. While we love pets we cannot allow them inside, and of course don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home for this appointment.
