What to Expect Before Your Appointment…
When you arrive at the salon, you’ll be greeted outside by a team member who will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer and ask you a few health related questions including, but not limited to: have you or anyone in your household tested positive/been diagnosed with Covid-19 /been exposed to anyone who has? have you or anyone in your household experienced Covid like symptoms? have you traveled recently, used public transportation, or been in large crowds without a mask? Anyone with a temperature higher than 100.3 and/ or positive responses to one or more questions will be asked to reschedule for a date at least 2 weeks out. When you pass the health check, you will be checked in for your appointment and asked to wait outside or in your car until your artist is ready. Your artist will come outside or you will receive a text when you can enter the building for your service.
How We Are Keeping You Safe We have rigorous sanitizing practices in place and have expanded our timing to allow you time to see your artist, while allowing us time to sanitize and practice social distancing.
Masks are mandatory for ALL team members AND guests. We ask that you bring a mask with ear loops to wear while you are in the salon. If you do not have one, we can provide one to you for the cost of $2.00.
All services will be by appointment only to ensure that we have control over the number of people entering the salon. We currently can not allow anyone other than the guest receiving services to be in the salon.
We will come to you for checkout to avoid you cueing up in line.
Tips Gratuity may be included via a tip on your credit card or you may gift cash directly to your artist.
Things We Have To (temporarily) Say No To At Salon Blu, one of our favorite words is YES, but in order to efficiently and safely provide the services you’ve been waiting for, we will not be offering/ allowing the following until further notice: beverage service, bringing someone with you to your appointment, waxing services, and makeup applications.
