A Few Things to Know Before Your Appointment

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION
We value your time & kindly ask that you respect our stylists' schedules as well. Please provide at least 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment as it impacts our team & other guests.

DEPOSITS
Online Booking: A deposit is required. for all appointments booked online. 
Phone Bookings: While a card on file is not typically required for phone bookings, a deposit may be requested at your stylists discretion if here is a history of frequent last minute cancellations or rescheduling without adequate notice. The deposit amount varies by service.
Regardless of how an appointment is booked, failure to provide 24 hrs notice to change or reschedule your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 

RUNNING LATE
We understand life is crazy and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late (according to our clock) the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re going to be late. No-Show & Cancellation Policy may be applied. (See above policy)

MINORS IN THE SALON
With parental approval & signed waivers we offer chemical services to minors 13 & older.
Anyone under 18 yrs old requires parental approval with a signed waiver before services will begin.
If a parent can not be present we allow a virtual consult to ensure all parties are onboard with the plan.

HAIRCUT & COLOR ADJUSTMENTS
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest leaves 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed adjustments to your hair within one week of your last appointment. Please note that we do not offer refunds, or complimentary services as a result of a change of mind.

Please note, our stylists are all employees & contacting through social media does not replace contacting the salon. We’re happy to help, but only know of concerns when contacted.

PRODUCT RETURN
For products purchased in-salon: if you are not 100% satisfied with your product purchase, you may exchange it within 30 days from purchase for an alternate product.

*Exceptions to this are purchased hair, accessories, & hairbrushes.

EXTENSIONS & HALO
All purchased hair is non-refundable.

ANIMALS AND PETS IN THE SALON
NC State Board of Cosmetology only permits approved service animals inside salons. While we love pets we cannot allow them inside, and of course don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home for this appointment.
